Course Registration & Payment
  • Full payment (or agreed installment) is required to confirm enrollment.

  • All payments must be made via approved channels (credit card, bank transfer, Stripe, etc.).

  • Registration is personal and non-transferable unless prior approval is obtained.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

A. Instructor-Led Online or Live Classes

  • 100% refund if cancellation is requested 7+ days before the course start date.

  • 50% refund if requested 3–6 days before the start date.

  • No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of course start or for no-shows.

  • Bluetellura may allow rescheduling to a future cohort based on availability.

B. On-Demand Courses

  • Due to instant access to digital content, no refund is issued after purchase unless:

    • The course content was never accessed (0% progress), and

    • A refund is requested within 48 hours of purchase.

Rescheduling Policy
  • You may request a one-time reschedule to the next available batch (Instructor-Led only) at least 72 hours in advance.

  • An administrative fee of 10% will be charged for additional reschedules.

Certification & Completion
  • A certificate of completion will be issued to participants who:

  1. Attend at least 80% of live sessions (Instructor-Led), and

  2. Complete all required assignments and final project (if applicable).

  • On-Demand users must complete 100% of course modules to qualify for the certificate.

PMP Application
What are the eligibility requirements for PMP® certification?

To qualify for PMP® certification, you need either: - A four-year degree, 36 months of project experience, and 35 hours of project management education/training, or - A high school diploma/associate’s degree, 60 months of project experience, and 35 hours of project management education/training.

How do I document my project management experience for the PMP® application?

Document your project roles, responsibilities, and the duration of each project. PMI requires clear, concise descriptions that align with their standards.

What qualifies as project management education/training?

Any formal training that covers project management topics, such as a PMP prep course from a PMI Authorized Training Partner like Bluetellura.

Can I apply for the PMP® before completing the 35 contact hours of training?

No, you must complete the required 35 hours before submitting your application.

How long does the PMP® application approval process take?

After submission, PMI usually reviews applications within 5 business days. If selected for audit, the process may take longer.

What is the PMI audit process, and how can I prepare for it?

PMI may randomly select your application for an audit. You'll need to provide documentation of your education and experience. Bluetellura can guide you through this if selected.

Can Bluetellura help me complete the PMP application?

What happens after my application is approved?

You’ll receive instructions to pay the exam fee and schedule your exam.

How long is my PMP® application valid once approved?

Your PMP® application is valid for one year after approval. You can take the exam up to three times within this period.

Can I get a digital copy of the PMBOK® Guide?

Yes, if you are a PMI member you can download a free copy of the PMBOK® Guide. Simply visit www.pmi.org and log in. Scroll over the main menu item "PMBOK® Guide and Standards," then click the sub-menu item titled "Foundational Standards". From this page, you will find the current version of the PMBOK® Guide, and be able to navigate to download a free copy of this publication.

If I fail the PMP Certification Examination, how soon can I retake it?

If you do not pass the PMP® exam on your first attempt, PMI allows you to retake it up to two more times within your one-year eligibility period.

 

You can schedule your first retake immediately after receiving your exam results, subject to availability at your preferred test center or online.

Is the PMP Certification Examination Fee included in the PMP Certification Training?

No, the PMP® exam fee is not included in the cost of the training. The examination fee is paid directly to PMI (Project Management Institute) when you submit your application.

At Bluetellura, we guide you through the entire exam application process, but the exam registration and payment are handled separately via the official PMI website.

How can I download the PMP Certificate once I pass the Certification Examination?

Once you pass the PMP® certification exam, PMI will send you an official notification email confirming your success.

 

To download your PMP certificate:

  1. Log in to your PMI account at www.pmi.org

  2. Go to “MyPMI” dashboard

  3. Click on “View Certificate” under your PMP certification details

  4. Select “Download Certificate” (PDF format)

  5.  

Your name and certification ID will appear on the certificate, which you can print, share, or use in your professional portfolio.
